Erforderliche Unterlagen bei umsatzsteuerfreien Export Verkäufen:
Vor Abholung muss vorliegen:

- Passkopie des Geschäftsführers bzw. des Käufers
- Passkopie des Fahrers
- Vollmacht für den Abholer ? vom Geschäftsführer unterzeichnet
- Kaution für die Ausfuhrbestätigung

Ihre Kaution erhalten Sie zurück sobald uns folgende Unterlagen vorliegen:
- elektronischer Ausgangsvermerk vom Zoll
- Kopie vom Einfuhrverzollungsbeleg oder von der Zulassung
- Ausfuhrbegleitdokument (ABD) mit Stempel von der Ausgangszollstelle

Required documents for VAT-free sales:
This you have to bring before you collect your vehicle:

- copy of the passport from the manager or the buyer
- copy of the passport from the driver
- authority for the collector signed from the manager
- security deposit for the export confirmation
You will receive your security deposit back, if we received the following documents:

- electric exportconfirmation from the customs
- copy of the import clearance or of the vehicle registration
- Export Accompanying Document (EAD) with stamp from the customs office of exit.
